3. Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in any course, you agree to pay the published fees. Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods displayed at checkout. All prices are in SGD and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Access and Use

Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials to our online platform. You agree not to share your credentials. Unauthorized distribution or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Extended Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment in education. Our refund policy is outlined below:

• Full Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
• Partial Refund Eligibility: Between days 8 and 14, you may request a 50% refund if you have accessed less than 50% of the course materials.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase or once you have accessed more than 50% of the course content, whichever comes first.
• Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
• How to Request a Refund: Submit your request by contacting our support team via Contact Us with your order number and reason for refund.
